OnThursday, April 1st, 2010, the second quiz for Chapter 14 will be given. It will be 13 multiple choice questions dealing with the second half (sections 14.7 and on) of Chapter 14. Review all of the homework given since Monday, March 29th.

Below are the solutions to the homework assigned on Tuesday, March 16th. Problems 40, 41, 42, and 44 were all or partially completed in class. When finding a pH from hydrogen ion concentration or pOH from hydroxide ion concentration, the number of significant figures in the concentration is how many decimal places can be allowed in the pH or pOH value.

NO CLASS THE REST OF CSAP WEEK!!

Remember, AP Chemistry will not be meeting after Wednesday, March 10th, 2010 until the following week. We will not meet during the designated time for AP Chemistry the morning of Thursday, March 11th. Also, there will be no early meeting for the AP Chemistry test review this week. The reviews will resume on Friday, March 19th. See you next week.
